At Lead Guards Security prospective security officers will be required to undergo various pre-employment interviews, examination, background investigation, and must meet an adequate level of vision, physical fitness and personal health which would permit the individual to effectively carry out all assigned duties in a safe and effective manner.

The best way to ensure the most reliable security is to put the best possible candidate for the job in the position.  That is why Lead Guards uses an intensive screening process when hiring and continues with intensive candidate evaluation for specific jobs, instead of "Screwing –out" undesirable candidates for jobs.  Lead Guards concentrates on "Screening-in" the best candidate: watching the skills of the officer to the skill requirements needed for the job.  Lead Guards boasts an impressive average of 12 hours of managerial time spent on candidate evaluation before any job offer.
